Network of about 1,600 km, standard gauge (1,435 mm), mostly non-electrified. Infrastructure and operations: AFE / Ferrocarril Central.

Ferrocarril Central Montevideo–Paso de los Toros rebuilt in 2023 for pulp traffic, rehabilitation of lines to Brazil.

Our road-rail plant is built for 1,435 mm standard gauge, the gauge in use in Uruguay; approval by the infrastructure manager is confirmed during the study.

Yes, subject to study: road-rail MEWPs and excavators are shipped by low-loader, container or ro-ro with their certified operators. Lead times, customs formalities and local approval are built into the quote.
