This site has no forms. The data you send us by e-mail or by telephone (company, full name, contact details, type of request and description of the need) is used solely to process your request. Training requests are forwarded to AK FORMATION for processing.
Purpose and legal basis
Processing your quote or information request and managing the business relationship (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest). No data is sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Three years from the last contact for prospects; the statutory retention period for commercial and accounting records for clients.
Cookies and audience measurement
This site sets no advertising cookies and no audience-measurement trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; the host (Firebase Hosting) keeps technical logs (IP address, pages viewed) needed for the operation and security of the service.
