Our road-rail plant is built for 1,435 mm standard gauge; compatibility with the gauge in use in Pakistan (1,676 mm Indian broad gauge) and approval by the infrastructure manager are confirmed during the study.

Working in Pakistan

Can you work in Pakistan with your road-rail plant?

Yes, subject to study: road-rail MEWPs and excavators are shipped by low-loader, container or ro-ro with their certified operators. Lead times, customs formalities and local approval are built into the quote.

Which track gauge in Pakistan?

The network in Pakistan uses 1,676 mm Indian broad gauge. Our plant is built for standard gauge; adaptation to another gauge is studied with the manufacturer before any mobilisation.

Can you train teams in Pakistan?

Yes. AK FORMATION designs in-house sessions in French or English, on site in Pakistan or in France: rail safety, road-rail MEWP and excavator operation, overhead-line work, first aid.
