Our road-rail plant is built for 1,435 mm standard gauge; compatibility with the gauge in use in Kazakhstan (1,520 mm broad gauge) and approval by the infrastructure manager are confirmed during the study.

Working in Kazakhstan

Can you work in Kazakhstan with your road-rail plant?

Yes, subject to study: road-rail MEWPs and excavators are shipped by low-loader, container or ro-ro with their certified operators. Lead times, customs formalities and local approval are built into the quote.

Which track gauge in Kazakhstan?

The network in Kazakhstan uses 1,520 mm broad gauge. Our plant is built for standard gauge; adaptation to another gauge is studied with the manufacturer before any mobilisation.

Can you train teams in Kazakhstan?

Yes. AK FORMATION designs in-house sessions in French or English, on site in Kazakhstan or in France: rail safety, road-rail MEWP and excavator operation, overhead-line work, first aid.

Do you work with local companies in Kazakhstan?
