GROUPE ARROUGÉ brings together ARROUGÉ RAIL SERVICE, specialist in road-rail plant hire with operators, and AK FORMATION, a rail and civil-works training organization (Qualiopi certification in progress).
This complementarity means one order can supply the machine, the authorised operator and the upskilling of your own teams. Our operators are trained in-house to SNCF Réseau reference frameworks and work night shifts, in tunnels and under overhead-line isolation every day.

What does GROUPE ARROUGÉ mean by a rail service?
A rail service brings together the resources made available to a rail works contractor to carry out a job on the network: road-rail plant (MEWP, excavator, dumper, trailer) driven by a certified operator, stand-alone operators on your machines, and training of teams for the certifications required on the tracks.
Do you work throughout France?
Yes. The logistics base is in Paris and the machines are delivered by low-loader to all 13 regions of mainland France. Travel allowances are stated in the quote.
Is your plant approved for the SNCF Réseau and RATP networks?
Yes. The road-rail MEWPs, excavators and dumpers in the fleet are approved to travel and work on SNCF Réseau and RATP infrastructure, and are maintained according to the manufacturers' requirements and statutory inspections.
How are the machine and the operator invoiced?
The machine and the operator are two separate lines of the quote, priced separately according to duration, site location and day or night shift. There is no public price list: every job is quoted within 24 working hours.
How long does it take to get a quote or a crew on site?
A quote is returned within 24 working hours. For a planned job, allow 24 to 72 hours for mobilization depending on fleet availability and distance to the site.
